In honor of Earth Day this Saturday the Parks Project Trail Crew teamed up with our friends from TOMS to do some trail restoration in the Big Tujunga Canyon within the San Gabriel Mountains located the Los Angeles National Forrest.

Our specific project was dedicated to restoring a trail that's utilized for a kid's summer camp. The trail is connected to an app that takes kids on an educational journey around the park, offering learning tools about the native plants and animals along the trail. It combines two of our favorite things: taking care of our parks and getting the next generation outdoors. So we were stoked to jump in, all hands on deck and bring the trail back to life!
