Baldwin Hills State Park, Los Angeles, CA
November 8, 2015
On November 8, 2015, we joined California State Parks and Common Marketplace in Balwin Hills State Park to remove invasive species from the park. Our team of 23 volunteers targeted non-native species such as tobacco, mustard, and fennel. Later, native species would be planted to re-vegetate the area with native species. An extra special thanks to our friends at the Common Marketplace for coming out, we look forward to seeing you out there next time.
