INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Parks Project does not offer international shipping at this time, working on it!  


RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of our goods that are unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets this criteria, please contact customer service at info@parksproject.us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. We offer either refunds or exchanges, just please be sure to let us know what you prefer. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 


RETURN PROCESS

Contact info@parksproject.us please let us know if you'd like to make an exchange or get a refund. Our customer service team will provide you with an RA number as well as a return address. Please include a copy of your original packing slip with reference to your RA number and any shipping materials (ie paper bag) that were sent with your order.
