We accept returns of our goods that are unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets this criteria, go ahead and request your return in our return portal. Please include a copy of your original packing slip with reference to your order number and any shipping materials (i.e. paper bag) that were sent with your order.
Exchanges on domestic orders are free, but we do charge a $9.00 return handling fee for orders that are returned for a refund. This $9.00 is deducted from the refund amount.
Vintage Shop and Sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your return to be approved.
International Orders: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders.

Cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST).
Is your order stuck in pre-shipment?
Unfortunately, recent stress on the postal service has caused delays within the US Postal Service. Pre-shipment means that your order is out of our warehouse and is in USPS’s possession—from here, any inquiries you might have about your package, including address adjustments, should be made to USPS directly.
That said, we know this situation is frustrating for you (we’re frustrated, too!)—if it has been 8 days and your delivery is still in pre-shipment, please reach out to us and we’ll figure out what we can do to help where we can. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience!
Parks Project does do international shipping for an added fee.
NOTE: You may be responsible to customs fees when the product arrives to you. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders. Please allow additional time for international shipments. International shipment usually arrive within 2-3 weeks but can sometimes take considerably longer.
