INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Parks Project does do international shipping for an added fee. NOTE: You may be responsible to customs fees when the product arrives to you.


RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns of our goods that are unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tags attached within 60 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets this criteria, go ahead and request your return in our return portal. Please include a copy of your original packing slip with reference to your order number and any shipping materials (ie paper bag) that were sent with your order.

Posters cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you double check the size before you place your order.

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your return to be approved. You will be responsible for the return shipment cost to us (use USPS for lowest pricing). If you request an exchange, we cover the shipping cost to get the replacement item back to you.
