Meet the Field Crew

Normally, this time of year we’re getting our hands dirty and helping out at the parks we love. This year, we’re looking back on two of our Field Crew faves—Ambika and Edison. 

You might recognize Ambika, our Los Angeles Field Crew Leader, from her modeling debut in our Defend collection. What you may not know is that Ambika is a public lands advocate who loves running, climbing, and volunteering. 
 

“I love being in our national parks, and also being able to give back through our awesome volunteer events. I’m thankful to be part of something I really believe in!” 

Edison, our Volunteer Coordinator, is originally from Florida but has explored and volunteered all around the US but currently calls the northwest home. 

“A challenge I see with our public spaces is that they have barriers to access that can't just be measured by the distance it takes to get to them. I feel a current barrier that we can solve with volunteering is the aspect of ownership and entitlement to our public lands, in particular our national parks and forests. In maintaining our spaces, we have a call to come back time and time again without question.”
