How to Advocate for Public Lands
Contact Your Congress Member
Reaching out to Congress isn’t just a right—it’s one of the most direct ways to influence policy. When elected officials hear from the people they represent, it shapes how they vote, prioritize, and fund initiatives. A call, letter, or email can remind them who they work for and why your voice—and your values—matter in every decision they make.
Leave It Better Than You Found It™
Parks Project Guiding Principles
Ten years ago we witnessed firsthand the environmental challenges facing our parklands, so we rolled up our sleeves to volunteer and pitch in to restore the habitat. Since then we’ve grown into a global movement, partnering with numerous park conservancies and completing countless park projects with habitat restoration emerging as our signature endeavor. Our vision is to live in harmony with our environments and create a world where we heal the parks and the parks also heal us in return.
