Product Development & Design Intern
Job Title: Product Development & Design Intern
Status: Exempt
Date: June 2026
Location: Culver City, CA - In Office
Hours + Compensation: $15/hour, 15-20 hours/week
Parks Project is seeking a motivated Product Development & Design Intern to support and learn from our product development and production teams. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle from initial design concepts through production.
The intern will assist with a variety of tasks including updating artwork and supporting the product team throughout design to production. We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Assist Design with updating and editing artwork, creating color ups, and mock ups with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Assist and take direction from Design to pull new color chips, seasonal trend reports, and market research. Contribute to laying out seasonal inspiration moodboards/ art direction, assist in assembling decks for presentations.
- Own color palette, lab dip/trim libraries ensuring they are up to date for cross-functional team use.
- Assist Product Development with managing sample WIP and comments to vendors.
- Track sample development/requests between vendors and sales/marketing departments.
- Track fabric, lab dips, and trim development/ requests
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the sample room, as well as the digital style archive.
- Update product information in the ERP system, owning it to be up to date.
- Junior and Senior Undergraduate students ONLY (Preferably majoring in Fashion Merchandising, Design Development Degrees and alike)
- Strong project management skills; highly organized and capable of multi-tasking and time management.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills and must be able to effectively present information to others
- Proficient computer skills to include Adobe, Google Suite
- Understanding of apparel construction and design preferred
- Passion for the outdoors is a plus!

Operations & Finance Intern
Job Title: Operations & Finance Intern

Parks Project is seeking a motivated Operations & Finance Intern to support and learn from our operations and finance teams. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across the full supply chain and financial workflow - from inbound logistics through inventory reporting and analysis.
The intern will assist with a variety of tasks including inbound shipment coordination, logistics tracking, inventory costing, invoice processing, and warehouse reporting. We’re looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Assist Operations and Finance teams with inbound shipment coordination and tracking from factory to warehouse
Support inventory receiving and ensure accurate entry of units, costs, and freight into the ERP system
Help maintain updated inventory costing files, including landed cost calculations (product, freight, duties, and 3PL fees)
Assist in processing vendor invoices and reconciling against purchase orders and receiving reports
Track open purchase orders and follow up with vendors and freight partners on delivery timelines
Support warehouse reporting, including sell-through, inventory levels, aging, and stock adjustments
Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations between ERP and 3PL warehouse reports
Maintain organized documentation of shipping records, vendor invoices, and freight bills
Support cash flow tracking related to inventory payments and production deposits
Assist in preparing ad hoc operational and financial analysis as needed
Junior and Senior Undergraduate students ONLY (Business or Business Management related majors)
Strong project management skills; highly organized and capable of effective, efficient multi-tasking and time management
Must have strong oral and written communication skills and must be able to effectively present information to others
Proficient computer skills to include, MS Word, Excel, Google Suite and Powerpoint

Brand Marketing Intern
Job Title: Marketing Intern

Parks Project seeks a curious and driven individual to support and learn from the Marketing team. Marketing is an ever-changing landscape, so we’re looking for an individual who is curious about all aspects of marketing and creative and someone interested in contributing to the planning and execution across a variety of tasks.
As an intern on the Marketing team, you will gain hands-on experience working closely with key stakeholders to see how we go-to-market with our products. This passionate and responsible person will learn the ins and outs of marketing, with responsibilities touching go-to-market, creative, and social media across all business lines.
Placing sample orders for seeding - sorting and shipping samples out of the office for PR gifting or photo shoots.
Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop and write content for social, emails, & website.
Support with research topics or information as needed.
Assist with events and other community activations
Assist in responding to direct messages from social media platforms and comments.
Assist with managing the social media email inbox.
Working closely with Social Media to plan content out using our tools.
Assist the Marketing team with identifying and working with content creators.
Assist with UGC content creation consistently for Pinterest & TikTok, potentially Instagram
Assist with scouting out trends and ideas that we can bring forward organically to our social platforms
Support the Marketing Manager with sample management at the office, including receiving, organizing, and coordinating samples for both studio and lifestyle photo shoots.
Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing photo shoot planning materials such as decks, model release forms, and call sheets.
Assist the Marketing Manager with organizing and managing post-shoot assets in Google Drive, ensuring consistent folder structure and file naming conventions are maintained.
